Individuals
Individual therapy takes place online for anyone over the age of 17. I have experience working with a broad range of presentations. Particularly I specialise in working with trauma, abuse, disordered eating and relationship difficulties.
Children and Young People
My training with young people includes working in CAMHS and with Place2Be. Therapy with children and young people takes place online from ages 8-16. I particularly work with young people who struggle with disordered eating behaviours and social problems.
Couples and Families
As a relational therapist, I have experience with working with many types of relationships, as well as relationship conflicts or issues. In therapy with yourself, family and/or your partner(s) we aim to find a resolution that serves all individuals in the relationship.
Counselling Supervision
I offer counselling supervision to new counsellors in training, as well as experienced counsellors. In my supervision, I particularly focus on supporting you in your training, or experience, as well as offering perspective on your client relationships. I particularly provide perspectives on working with difference, diversity, and power, as a counsellor from an international background.
