Couples Counselling
I support couples that feel like they’re struggling to connect and worry that their needs and communication are not in alignment.
As relationships progress, we start to ask ourselves the big questions:
“Do we really belong together?”, “Can I picture a future with you?”,
“Is this still the same person I started dating?”
and “Is this still what I want?”.
If you and your partner(s) feel like you keep repeating the same questions, this is for you.

Investing in Your Relationship
Relationships are an integral part of life. Investing in the person or people we spend most of our time with is an investment into our own peace of mind.
Culture and context shape our relational experiences. In metropolitan, fast-paced environments like London what we may want or expect from our relationships can change and change can be difficult to manage and accept. I try to integrate cultural and social understanding into my practice to meet those needs.
Making that first step by getting in touch can be one of the hardest and bravest things to do for yourself and your relationship. Couples counselling isn’t a sign that your relationship is failing but rather a sign that you’re willing and wanting to invest time into healing your relationship, improving communication and building a better future.
About Me
I help partner(s) re-connect and rebuild trust and communication.
Coming from an international background myself, I’m acutely aware of the challenges that the modern world can bring into our relationships. From social media use to cultural differences or styles of communication, bridging that gap is possible.
