Taking the First Step
Late at night you’re left asking if there’s something wrong with me, if you’re different from other people or maybe even wondering if you’ve done something to deserve this. During the day you might find yourself stress about little things, overly focused or struggling to make yourself do the things you feel you should. It feels like no one seems to quite understand what is wrong or what you may be upset about, so maybe sometimes that makes you feel silly or small. At times, a memory or event in the past seems like it might have a hold on you and won’t leave you alone.
Often showing up for ourselves is harder than we think or we’re simply tired of feeling like that’s all we do, all the time. Making that first step by getting in touch (link to contact) can be one of the hardest and bravest things to do for yourself.
About Me
I work following an integrative modality, which essentially means I integrate multiple types of therapeutic styles. For those who are interested or have had therapy before, the core modalities I draw on in my practice include Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapies. I also have additional training in CBT and DBT, as well as
trauma therapies.

Prices
The price for a 50-minute online individual therapy session is 100GBP
The price for a 50-minute in-person session in Central London (by Euston Station) is150GBP
I am able to accept AXA, Bupa, WPA and Vitality Insurances
Concessions can be made for the unemployed or students
Concessions are made available upon discussion and concession slots cannot be ensured, as
they are limited. Concessions are mutually agreed and may change over time
